1. Return Eligibility
You may return most unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- All accessories, parts, and documentation must be included
- A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided
Non‑returnable items include (but are not limited to):
- Opened or used herbal and floral products
- Perishable botanical items
- Custom-made or personalized blends
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items not in their original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Returns for perishable, personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not accepted unless required by applicable law.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is defective or damaged
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted.
Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
The return address will be provided in the RA email.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) return shipments.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Since shipping costs are included in product pricing, the portion allocated to shipping cannot be refunded.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
